Coffee Omakase (Tokyo)

Japan
The Cokuun coffee omakase in Tokyo is a giant sculptural ball made of wood and iron that seats only four people at a time to create an exciting atmosphere.

The owner has selected the best varieties of coffee, the supply of which is limited and sold worldwide for only a few kilograms.

Miki Suzuki is the barista, a 3-time Japanese Barista Champion.
Each coffee is served with special tea ceremony utensils. Water for coffee preparation comes from Japanese sake production.
The menu includes mulled wine, filter coffee, mocktails, and the most popular drink is Umami Milk, which has the flavor of sweet and delicate apple pie.
Suzuki steams all the ingredients so that each sip reveals layers of umami flavors.
