A legacy that began in 1911 in La Coruña, Galicia, when the Pescaderías Coruñesas family established their fish and seafood business. The family later moved to Madrid, where they opened a premium seafood shop, now an institution among the city’s gourmands. Next to the shop, a stunning seafood boutique completes the experience.
Their vision? To translate over a century of expertise into a contemporary fine dining format, where the purest flavors of high-quality seafood shine through precision cooking techniques.
